Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, kept apart per customer, and can be exported and deleted by the owner from inside the app. If your contract forbids third-party AI processing, do not upload. The security page says exactly where files go.
Each plan includes a monthly analysis limit and a pool of pages. At the limit you can add a page bundle (1,000 pages for $49) or upgrade. You are never charged without choosing to be.
On a paid plan, yes. Within 60 days of your first payment, email nshulman@natex.ai for a full refund. Terms section 5.9 has the wording. You can cancel any time from the billing portal.
