What happens to your documents.

Bid packages are confidential. This page says plainly where your files go and what we promise. The Privacy Policy and Terms are the binding text.

What we do

We do not use your documents or outputs to train any AI model, ours or anyone else’s.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers.
You can delete an analysis, with its outputs and, if you choose, its source documents, from inside the app. The owner can export everything (also for 90 days after a paid plan ends), see the record of NIX staff access made through our admin tools, and delete the whole organization from Settings. A cancelled organization is deleted automatically 90 days after the plan ends unless a legal hold applies.
NIX never shows one customer’s documents, prices or outputs to another, and does not benchmark customers against each other.

Documents are analyzed by Anthropic’s Claude API. Anthropic may retain inputs and outputs for up to 30 days, and longer for content its safety systems flag. We do not have a zero-data-retention agreement with Anthropic.
If your contract forbids third-party AI processing, do not upload. Do not upload CUI or security-sensitive drawings.
If the project owner restricts AI processing, check the contract before you upload.
